March 9, 2011 – San Diego, CA - Cask launched its European operations to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) activities with the U.S. Government. Through Cask’s Security Assistance FMS and FMF service offerings, Cask can institute a “no cost” Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract, allowing European clients immediate access to Cask’s expertise and services on an as-needed basis.  Cask’s full lifecycle approach to FMS processes incorporates requirements development, systems engineering, lifecycle management and the follows the DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities) framework.
